    I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with audio in the app!

    A new version actually just hit the app store recently that fixes audio issues that some users were reporting. Since it is tough to know whether you updated before or after that update became available, would you please check that you are using the most recent version and try once more?

    If that doesn’t fix the issue, I’d appreciate it if you could provide the following information:

    • What iOS hardware is this happening on (e.g. iPod touch 2nd generation)
    • What version of iOS are you using (you can determine this by navigating to the Settings app > General > About > Version)
    • Are you using earphones / bluetooth / external speaker of any kind?
    • Do the sounds in the quiz work (i.e. a tick-tock sound as time runs down, and sounds for selecting the correct / incorrect answer)?

    Thanks for your help in getting to the bottom of this so that we can get it fixed quickly!!
